3. Account Registration and Security

• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them. You must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Non-Transferable: Your account is for your personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.

4. Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, social gaming purposes. You must adhere to our Community Guidelines, which prohibit the following:

• Cheating: The use of unauthorized third-party software, bots, macros, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Harassment and Hate Speech: Engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior towards other users.
• Inappropriate Content: Uploading, posting, or sharing any content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or infringes upon another's rights.
• Exploiting Bugs: Abusing game exploits, glitches, or errors to gain an unintended advantage.
• Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Illegal Activities: Promoting or engaging in any illegal activity through the Platform.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and submit on the Platform ("UGC").
• License to MongolClap: By submitting UGC, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your UGC on the Platform.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your UGC and warrant that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove any UGC at our sole discretion.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

• Limited License: In-game items, virtual currency, and other digital content ("Virtual Items") are licensed, not sold, to you. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in Virtual Items.
• Non-Transferable: Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or other items of monetary value. You may not sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Items outside of the Platform.
• Platform Control: We have the right to regulate, manage, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items as we see fit and at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including games, software, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of MongolClap or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to, a breach of these Terms or for reasons related to protecting our community.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Liability Cap: In no event shall MongolClap be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MongolClap, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
